Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a highly beneficial guided meditation. During a session, you will be led through breathing exercises and body scans that draw your attention inward, putting you into a state of consciousness that sits on the border between waking and sleeping. This allows you to reach a deep state of relaxation without falling asleep. In this passive and active state, our bodies can rest. Join us for a wellness session that combines two powerful forms of healing. Utilizing crystal and alchemy bowls, chimes, drums, a crystal pyramid along with Reiki you will gain access to frequencies that will contribute to your healing and rejuvenation. While you are relaxing and being bathed with the sound delivered, Sharyn will offer hands-on Reiki. This is a phenomenal healing experience, you will leave refreshed and lighter!
